This Privacy Policy describes how PrincoBudget News collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, waitlist, news and watch pages, search, reactions, and advertising-supported experiences.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
PrincoBudget News (“PrincoBudget,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates princobudget.com, admin.princobudget.com (for authorized operators only), and related digital experiences (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our sites, join the waitlist, browse or search news, watch article videos, react to stories, contact us, or interact with advertising and analytics technologies on the Service.
This Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Service, whether or not you register for the waitlist. It does not govern third-party websites, apps, ad networks, social platforms, or embedded players that we do not control, even if they appear on or link from the Service.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OR SUBMIT PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US.
Depending on how you interact with PrincoBudget News, we may collect the following categories of information:
We collect information in ways similar to other digital news publishers:
We use personal information to operate PrincoBudget News as a news and waitlist platform, including to:
Like Fox News, Forbes, CNN, and other advertising-supported publishers, we and our partners use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences (including cookie consent choices), understand how the Service is used, deliver and measure ads, and help prevent fraud.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information about your browser or device and may combine it with information from other sites or services they operate, subject to their own privacy policies. Partners currently or historically associated with the Service may include display and performance networks (for example Adsterra via yearlybeak.com tags), Monetag vignette or similar formats, and Google advertising/analytics technologies where enabled.
Where required by law, we present a cookie consent notice before enabling non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. You may accept all cookies or continue with essential cookies only. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may limit personalization or ad-related features.
We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals in a uniform way, as industry standards continue to evolve. Where required, we honor applicable opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for sale/share of personal information as defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
For Google Analytics, see Google’s partner sites policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may opt out of Google Analytics using tools Google provides (for example https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
You may limit certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org/), the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info/), and, for EU users, Your Online Choices (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/). Device settings (for example Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency on mobile) may also reduce personalized ads. These opt-outs are device- and browser-specific and may not stop all advertising—only ads tailored using certain identifiers.
We use carefully selected providers to host and operate the Service. Depending on configuration, these may include cloud hosting and edge platforms (such as Vercel), databases (such as managed PostgreSQL), media storage (such as Vercel Blob), email delivery (such as Resend), security and bot protection (such as Google reCAPTCHA), and analytics (such as Google Analytics). These providers process data under contracts and safeguards appropriate to their role as service providers or processors.
We do not sell your personal information for money in the everyday sense. Under some U.S. state laws, “sale” or “sharing” can include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where those laws apply, we may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for that purpose unless you opt out.
We may disclose information to:
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region that requires a lawful basis, we process personal data based on: your consent (for example, non-essential cookies or certain marketing); performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (for example, waitlist registration); our legitimate interests in operating a secure, useful news Service, understanding readership, and monetizing content through advertising in a proportionate way; and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and similar states), you may have rights to: know/access personal information we hold; correct inaccuracies; delete personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, email info@mail.princobudget.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and enough detail for us to verify and process your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law allows, subject to verification. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
California residents: we do not knowingly “sell” personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CPRA beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, except as permitted by law.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waitlist and inquiry records are kept until they are no longer needed for those purposes or until we honor a valid deletion request. Server logs and analytics data are retained for shorter operational periods unless needed for security or legal reasons. Advertising partners may retain data under their own policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request portability. You may also manage cookie preferences via our consent banner (where shown) and browser controls. To exercise rights or ask privacy questions, contact us using Section 17. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ use of news and advertising-supported websites.
PrincoBudget News is operated with infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms relied on by our providers).
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information—such as HTTPS transport, access controls for administrative tools, and provider security features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Articles may include links to third-party sites or embeds (for example YouTube, X, Instagram, or Facebook). Those services collect information under their own policies when you interact with them. We are not responsible for their practices. Leaving PrincoBudget News for an advertiser or external site is at your own risk.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be highlighted on the Service or communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
For privacy questions or requests, contact PrincoBudget News at info@mail.princobudget.com or through https://princobudget.com/contact. Please include enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.
