Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PrincoBudget News (“PrincoBudget,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of princobudget.com and related digital services, including the waitlist, news articles, watch pages, search, reactions, and advertising-supported features (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that information you provide is accurate and complete.

PrincoBudget News provides digital news content, video watch pages for selected stories, on-site search, reader reactions, waitlist registration for an upcoming attention-rewarded reading experience, informational pages (including investor relations), and advertising that helps fund free access to content.

Features, layouts, reward concepts, and availability may change as the product develops. Waitlist registration does not guarantee launch access, reward eligibility, payment, or any specific benefit. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

When you join the waitlist or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive transactional messages related to your request (for example, confirmation or support replies). Marketing messages, where sent, will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required by law.

Administrative access (including admin.princobudget.com) is restricted to authorized personnel. You may not attempt to access admin tools or other non-public areas. If future end-user accounts are offered, you will be responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission (ordinary search-engine indexing of publicly available pages is permitted).
• Interfere with, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), overload, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, cookie or consent mechanisms, or advertising integrity systems.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Manipulate engagement metrics, reactions, view counts, reward systems, or advertising inventory (including click fraud).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate others.
• Use automated means to generate artificial traffic, reactions, or waitlist entries.

The Service—including branding, design, software, logos, and compilation of content—is owned by PrincoBudget or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Individual articles, images, videos, and embeds may be owned by PrincoBudget or third parties and may include source credits. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, frame, or commercially exploit content except as allowed by fair use / fair dealing or other mandatory exceptions, or with prior written permission from the rights holder.

Trademarks and trade dress of PrincoBudget News may not be used in a way that confuses consumers or implies endorsement without our written consent.

If you submit inquiries, feedback, reaction reasons, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant PrincoBudget a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that User Content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service and to respond to you.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or decline to display User Content at our discretion. Public-facing elements associated with reactions or posts may be visible to others and may appear in logs or analytics.

Do not submit sensitive personal information about yourself or others through forms or reaction fields.

The Service displays third-party advertisements and may use ad networks, analytics, and anti-fraud tools (including partners such as Adsterra, Monetag, Google, or similar providers). Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for advertised products, services, or landing pages.

Third parties may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies. Embedded media (for example social or video embeds) is governed by the embed provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Ad placements are labeled where appropriate (for example, “Advertisement”). Clicking ads may take you off PrincoBudget properties.

PrincoBudget News may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to help curate, summarize, recommend, moderate, or operate aspects of the Service. AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on the Service as a sole source for professional, financial, legal, or medical decisions.

Any future reader rewards, cash incentives, referrals, contests, or promotions will be subject to separate official rules, eligibility requirements, verification, and availability. We may modify, suspend, or end programs at any time. Unless expressly stated in a separate written offer from PrincoBudget, nothing on the Service is a guarantee of payment or earnings.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@mail.princobudget.com with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers’ access.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCOBUDGET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT NEWS CONTENT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCOBUDGET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrincoBudget and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Subject to those protections, courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@mail.princobudget.com with a brief description of the issue.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for a specific feature, are the entire agreement between you and PrincoBudget regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
